Hubspot
Hubspot is a CRM & Marketing Platform
Authentication
There are two approaches to connect Interloop with Hubspot.
OAuth
To use OAuth to connection to Hubspot, you simply need to login with Hubspot user to retrieve an access token. Interloop uses this access token to connect with your Hubspot instance.
To get started, click "Log In With Hubspot". This will open a separate window that you can use to authenticate with your instance.
Allow Interloop access to Hubspot by selecting Authorize.
If you authenticate successfully, you will be redirected and see the successful connection page in the authentication window.
----------
Please Note
This separate authentication window will close automatically and you will be directed back to the Create new Salesforce Source Modal.
----------
API Key
Using the API Key approach, you can enter your username and password in a separate window to login to your Hubspot Account.
To find and reset your API Key:
Go to Settings > Integrations > API Key
Click "Actions" > Click "Rotate Key" > Click "Rotate and expire this key now" > Copy new API Key
You should then copy your API Key from your Hubspot account and paste it into the form field in Interloop.
----------
Please Note:
A new API Key is emailed to you when you expire your old API Key. After your key is reset, you can’t use an old key in third party applications. We recommend creating a specific integration user in Hubspot to connect with Interloop.
----------
Once you have provided the correct configuration options, you can create the Hubspot source by clicking the blue "Create" button. If everything works correctly, you will see a new Source on the "Sources" page.
